Richard Wallace is a chartered IT professional with more than 20 years of experience. He joined HWM in June 2015 and is our Director of IT and Data Services, responsible for our internal IT, cloud systems and device connectivity.

During his time at HWM, Richard has transformed the IT department, driving innovation and results and improving compliance standards. He drove the process for HWM to become both ISO 27001 accredited and Cyber Essentials certified.

Prior to HWM, Richard worked in IT with a leading insurance provider and in the media industry, where he designed and pioneered innovative solutions to automatically encode and distribute audio and video content from the European Parliament to news outlets around the world.
