Kelly joined HWM in November 2021 as Managing Director and has extensive experience of customer operations, strategy, business transformation, and commercial leadership in senior executive roles within the water and telecommunications industries.

Kelly was previously Managing Director Retail & Customer Experience for Thames Water and prior to that held several senior leadership roles at Openreach.
