SoμndSens Trials Deliver Immediate Leakage Results
During an initial trial of the new SoμndSens multi-point correlation system, WLLS achieved immediate success by quickly identifying and pinpointing a significant and challenging leak.
The team at Water Leak Location Services (WLLS) understands the importance of quickly progressing a Point of Interest (POI) to a precise leak location, making them the perfect partners to put our new SoμndSens multi-point correlation system through its paces in real-world trials.
SoμndSens is our new battery-powered multi-point correlation system that, with minimal disruption, delivers accurate leak pinpointing quickly in busy real-world environments.
Utilising Bluetooth® connectivity and a smart device, SoμndSens sensors are configured, synchronised and harvested in-field through our supporting MicroStream app, with no need for laptops, cabling or other software.
We designed SoμndSens with efficiency and ease-of-use in mind, so the WLLS team only required a brief and simple introduction to SoμndSens and the MicroStream app before taking the kit into the field to trial.
In a live investigation it did not take long at all for the potential impact SoμndSens can have to be realised.
Within a short space of time using SoμndSens, the WLLS team successfully identified and pinpointed a significant mains leak running at approximately 1 litre a second or 86,400 litres a day (which is enough to fill around 470 bathtubs!).
Following the instant success of this trial, the team at WLLS is excited to add SoμndSens to their leak detection portfolio and quickly reap the benefits in future leakage projects.
