We're delighted to announce that Invenio Systems has been awarded Welsh Water's Operational Contractors Health and Safety Award for their work on the Cartref Leakage Reduction project.

In a video announcing the award, Welsh Water's Managing Director for Water, Asset Planning and Capital Delivery, Ian Christie explained that the award was for Invenio's work in reducing the manual handling risk of an important daily task, as well as reducing the size of the vehicles used in narrow streets on the project.

Project Cartref is an enhanced customer service trial in which Welsh Water is working with individual properties and customers in targeted areas to reduce leaks and save water. Cartref plays an important strategic role in Welsh Water's plans for AMP7 and so to win an award for supporting this project is particularly satisfying.
