HWM is delighted to announce the appointment of Kelly Macfarlane as Managing Director of HWM Limited as of 1^st November 2021.

Kelly has extensive experience of customer operations, strategy, business transformation, and commercial leadership in senior executive roles within the water and telecommunications industries. Kelly was previously Managing Director of Thames Water’s Retail Division and prior to that held several senior leadership roles at Openreach.

Kelly said – I’m very excited to be joining HWM at a time when it has never been more important for industry to transform its approach to water and wastewater services. I’ve had the privilege of seeing first-hand how HWM's products not only make a huge difference to the water industry but also to consumers.  HWM’s deep design engineering, manufacturing, industry expertise and its commitment to customers means I’m proud to have the opportunity to lead this brilliant business. We’re committed to continuing to innovate and collaborate with utilities in the UK and globally to tackle critical challenges facing the sector including leakage, water scarcity, pollutions and of course the race to net zero.
