Tim studied for his BSc at Cardiff University and subsequently attained his professional Chartered Accountant qualification at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tim was a Director in PwC’s M&A team focusing on financial due diligence and regional corporate finance advisory before moving into industry as Finance Director, and latterly Managing Director overseeing operations, of a high-tech environmental instrumentation manufacturer.

Tim joined HWM in September 2023 and will draw on his commercial and strategic experience to support the ambitious growth plans. The water and wastewater industries have strong incentives to reduce leakage, consumption, pollutions, and CO2, and Tim is excited about working with the Team to capitalise on these important tailwinds to accelerate the growth of HWM.
