Since 1979, HWM Global has supported utilities around the world better manage their clean water and wastewater networks. Henry joined HWM Global in 2025 with 13 years of experience in Halma Plc, Henry brings a wealth of experience leading and developing globally oriented technology businesses with a proven track record in business development, customer insight, and innovation.

Mark Nicol
Having started his career working for Yorkshire Water and Thames Water in the early 2000s, Mark has over 20 years of experience in the water industry globally, primarily in the fields of water and wastewater network management, and non-revenue water reduction.

Tim Hawkins
For over a decade Tim was a Director in PwC’s M&A team, focusing on financial due diligence. Tim joined HWM Global in 2023, after 10 more years in industry as a Finance Director, where he leverages his commercial and strategic experience.

Richard Wallace
Richard Wallace is a chartered IT professional with more than 25 years of experience. He joined HWM Global in June 2015 and is now our Director of IT and Data Services, overseeing internal IT, cloud systems, digital transformation, and data science.

Chris Scott
Chris brings over 30 years of leadership in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, working with both world-leading FMCG brands and agile entrepreneurial businesses. Chris joined HWM Global in 2024 steering the company’s operations through a pivotal period of global growth.

  1. 1979
    • Reten Acoustics is founded & develops the world's first leak noise correlator.
  2. 1995
    • Palmer & Reten Acoustics merge to form Palmer Environmental Ltd.
  3. 2000
    • FSC is acquired & becomes Palmer Environmental's US re-seller.
  4. 2003
    • Palmer Environmental partner with Radcom Technologies within Halma.
  5. 2010
    • Palmer Environmental & Radcom Technologies become HWM-Water
  6. 2011
    • HWM-Water acquires Radio Tech to integrate radio transmission.
  7. 2013
    • Halma Plc Group purchase ASL Holdings to join HWM-Water.
  8. 2019
    • Halma Plc Group purchase Invenio Systems to join HWM-Water.
  9. 2023
    • FCS rebrand to establish themselves as HWM Global's US based company.
  10. 2024
    • HWM rebrands itself and transitions to become HWM Global.
