Please be advised it is the customer’s responsibility to return all equipment to HWM, whether it is still under warranty or not. HWM can however provide pre printed UPS labels for boxes so a collection can be booked. This service is charged at £50.00 for the first box (up to 25kgs) and £25.00 per box after. These costs are for UK customers only. If you are outside of the UK and would like us to arrange a collection please contact the service department directly at [email protected] and we will be happy to advise specific collection costs.
