Following on from the success of our new ‘New Leaks’ dashboard, and as the next step in the continuous improvement of our DataGate platform, we are pleased to launch our new Threshold Modelling function.
Threshold Modelling has been developed to assist leakage teams in identifying leaks that might be much more difficult to find using current threshold settings.
Accessed within PermaNET Web, the feature allows users to target a specific DMA and adjust the threshold of the deployed loggers within it. The purpose of Threshold Modelling is to support users in visualising how the DMA would look if the thresholds were adjusted, identifying potential leaks that a slightly quieter, and giving the user the ability to confirm these changes where necessary.
Where changes are confirmed, users will then be able to log in to PermaNET Web the next day and access sound recordings from these newly updated loggers in leak.
The development of Threshold Modelling is intended to support leakage teams in optimising their DMA’s, delivering greater control over problem areas and to help customers in making evidence-based decisions about their network and repair schedules.
Threshold Modelling is a premium feature. For access, please contact your Sales Account Manager to discuss options.
We are constantly working on updates and developments that will support our customers and you can look forward to many more to come over the coming months.
