Matthew Brown joined HWM as Operations Director in June 2023, with responsibility for leading the development and execution of the global operations strategy.  The role covers all aspects of operations within HWM, to include customer service, production, procurement, logistics, CI, automation and industrialisation.

Matthew is an experienced Operations and Technical professional, having worked in a variety of industries including electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, power distribution and personal care.
