HWM is very pleased to have received Automated Meter Reading Service Providers Code of Practise (ASPCoP) accreditation, which establishes industry standards for the provision of gas consumption data and meter readings.

ASPCoP is a Code of Practise that defines the operations, standards and methods by which metered gas consumption data is read and supplied to customers, energy suppliers and others.

By providing a regularised system it ensures that customers have assurance about the data accuracy, integrity and completeness to be achieved as well as the service levels they will receive from AMR Service Providers accredited under ASPCoP.

Customers can be assured that, as ASPCoP accredited service providers, our range of Gas AMR solutions adhere to a strict set of requirements and that we are audited on a regular basis to ensure conformance.
